宜昭高速公路新场隧道大型溶洞处理施工技术

Treatment and Construction Technology of Large Karst Cave in Xinchang Tunnel of Yizhao Expressway

以新场隧道大型溶洞为例,重点阐述隧道开挖过程中遇到大型溶洞的处理施工方法。该溶洞体积较大,充填物较多,且存在地下暗河,施工组织困难,采用堆积体清除、喷锚封闭、注浆加固、增设钢筋混凝土护拱、加强超前支护、水流引排等一系列施工措施进行处理。全过程质量控制、安全保障,较好地完成了施工任务,达到了规范要求的施工效果。

Taking the large karst cave of Xinchang Tunnel as an example, this paper focuses on the treatment and construction methods of large karst cave encountered during tunnel excavation. The cave has large volume, large filling material and underground hidden river, which makes construction organization difficult. Therefore, a series of construction measures such as clearing accumulation, closing of shotcrete and anchor, grouting reinforcement,adding reinforced concrete arch protection, strengthening advance support, water diversion and drainage are adopted for treatment. Through the whole process of quality control and safety guarantee, the construction task has been well completed and the construction effect required by the code has been achieved.
