设备物资工作是项目管理的重要组成部份,是项目生产经营工作正常开展的保障,近年受国家政策调控及疫情形势的影响,使得工程项目融资贷款、成本控制、设备物资供应备受挫折,文章阐述了设备物资管理目标,采购管理策划意义,降本增效的重要性,并围绕控制成本经济进行论述。

Equipment and material work is an important part of project management and guarantee for the normal development of project production and operation. In recent years, affected by national policy regulation and epidemic situation, project financing loans, cost control, equipment and material supply have suffered setbacks.This paper elaborates the objective of equipment and material management, the significance of purchasing management planning, the importance of cost reduction and efficiency increase, and discusses the cost control economy.
