近年来,随着高速公路建设速度不断加快,我国西南山区高速公路网正在逐步完善。西南山区沟壑纵横,地形起伏较大,能用作临建工程施工的土地资源非常有限,并且西南山区施工运输道路坡陡弯急,遇到雨雪天气极易导致道路运输中断,施工物资的供应及储备成了山区高速公路施工面临的主要问题。为有效利用山区沟谷地形,增加施工材料储存空间,通过使用水泥储存罐二次扩容装置,可以有效增加混凝土拌合站水泥的储存量;同时通过加强运输通道维护,增设备料仓等措施,加强混凝土拌合站雨季施工管理,避免因天气原因导致的材料供应不及时,影响主体工程的施工进度。

Supply and reserve of construction materials have become the main problems faced by expressway construction in mountainous areas. In order to effectively utilize mountain valley terrain and increase storage space of construction materials, the storage capacity of cement in concrete mixing station can be effectively increased by using secondary expansion device of cement storage tank. Meanwhile, measures such as strengthening maintenance of transportation channels, increasing equipment silos, and strengthening construction management of concrete mixing station in rainy season can avoid delayed material supply due to weather and affect construction progress of main works.
