The Realistic Dilemma and Coping Strategies of Digital Economy Development in Xiong'an New Area

随着信息技术的发展和应用,雄安新区数字化经济发展取得了明显成效。数字化转型通过价值链为经济赋能,但数字化转型面临着成功率低的困境。造成困境的原因主要是:信息技术发展超出了人们适应能力,转型过程中缺乏实施的方法学,数字化转型规划目标、蓝图、路径不合理以及数字化转型存在惯性阻碍等。本文针对性地提出了充分认识数字化转型的复杂性,引入软件工程作为数字化转型方法学,目标、蓝图、路径规划要合理以及克服惯性思维等应对策略。

With the development and application of information technology,the development of digital economy in Xiong'an New Area has achieved remarkable results.Digital transformation enables the economy through the value chain,but it faces the dilemma of low success rate.The main reasons for the dilemma lie in the fact that the development of information technology has exceeded people's ability to adapt,the lack of implementation methodology in the process of transformation,the unreasonable objectives,blueprints and paths of digital transformation planning,and the inertia obstacles of digital transformation.This paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as fully understanding the complexity of digital transformation,introducing software engineering as the methodology of digital transformation,reasonable target blueprint path planning and overcoming inertia thinking.
