摘要
对双色乘用车3C1B1PH进行调查和分析,打破传统的3C1B中面漆双色车两次面漆工艺,采用一次面漆工艺完成乘用车车身面漆的2种颜色。重点解决双色车工艺过程中出现的涂料、设备影响;提升面漆涂装效率及降低面漆涂装成本。
The survey and analysis on 3C1B1PH of two-color passenger cars were conducted. The traditional process of 3C1B mid-surface coatings for two-color passenger cars was improved. Primary finishing technology for two colors on car body was realized. The influence from coatings and equipments during the process of two-color passenger cars was solved. The coatings efficiency was promoted and the cost was reduced.
