斜井测量工程实践研究

摘要 施工测量在陡倾角斜井施工中起到非常重要的作用,使用传统的测量方法不仅次数太多,影响施工进度,而且开挖角度及掘进方向不容易控制。并且由于施工的特殊性,造成施工测量难度大、危险性高、测量精度难以保证等问题。通过采用精确控制的测量方法和激光指向仪,可以方便的指导施工人员调整掘进方向,保证测量精度,减少测量放样时间,提高工作效率。现以南部探矿斜井工程为例,“三维坐标法”标定腰线,使用精确控制测量及新型激光指向仪进行施工测量放样,满足了放样精度和施工质量,值得在其他类似工程中推广应用。 Construction measurement plays a very important role in the construction of steep inclined shaft.The use of traditional measurement methods not only affects the construction progress,but also the excavation angle and direction are not easy to control.Moreover,due to the particularity of construction,the construction survey is difficult,dangerous and difficult to ensure the survey accuracy.By adopting precise control measurement method and laser pointer,it is convenient to guide the construction personnel to adjust the driving direction,ensure the measurement accuracy,reduce the survey and setting out time,and improve the work efficiency.Taking the southern prospecting inclined shaft project as an example,the"three-dimensional coordinate method"is used to calibrate the waist line,and the precise control survey and the new laser pointer are used to carry out the construction survey and lofting,which meets the lofting accuracy and construction quality.It is worthy of popularization and application in other similar projects.
