High voltage and frequency pulse power supply with solidstate switches in series

摘要 随着脉冲功率技术在生物医疗、食品加工、电磁成形、等离子体研究等领域日益广泛而深入的应用,脉冲发生器的研制面临高压高频化、全固态化等新要求。为了满足这种新要求,设计了一种固态开关串联的高压重频脉冲电源。脉冲电源主要由高频触发电路、主电路以及LCL谐振电路组成:主电路为8级Marx电路串联,MOSFETs作为充放电控制开关;触发电路输出触发信号驱动MOSFETs工作;LCL谐振电路可实现输出电流恒定。电源结构触发同步性好,充电速度快,结构紧凑。对电路的结构设计、电路原理、参数设置进行了详细阐述,并利用Simplorer软件仿真验证高压重频脉冲电源电路的可行性。最后搭建了一台高压重频脉冲电源样机,实验样机参数为脉冲电压0~4 kV,重复频率0~8 kHz可调,脉冲宽度5~12μs可调。 With the increasingly extensive and in-depth application of pulse power technology in biomedical,food processing,electromagnetic forming,plasma research and other fields,the development of pulse generator faces new requirements such as high voltage,high frequency,all solid state,etc.In order to meet these requirements,a high voltage and frequency pulse power supply with solid-state switch in series is designed.The pulse power supply is mainly composed of high frequency trigger circuit,main circuit and LCL resonant circuit.The main circuit is eight-stage Marx circuit in series,and MOSFETs is used as charge and discharge control switch.The trigger circuit outputs trigger signals to drive MOSFETs to work and LCL resonant circuit can achieve constant output current.The power supply structure has good trigger synchronization,fast charging speed and compact structure.In this paper,the structure design,circuit principle and parameter setting of the circuit were described in detail,and the feasibility of the high-voltage and frequency pulse power supply circuit was verified by using Simplorer software simulation.Finally,a high frequency pulse power supply prototype was assembled.The experimental prototype has been developed with parameters of pulse voltage 0-4 kV,repetition frequency 0-8 kHz and pulse width 5-12μs(adjustable).
