摘要 目的:研发基于数据集成平台的医疗设备绩效管理系统,探讨其在提升医疗设备精细化管理中的应用价值。方法:采用浏览器与服务器(B/S)架构,配置24核心中央处理器(CPU)和128 GB内存,设置设备列表、月度数据确认、年度数据填报、系统设置和典型设备录入5大功能模块构建医疗设备绩效管理系统,采用信息化与定量分析相结合的方法完成医疗设备绩效分析。对比设备绩效管理系统实施前后的数据获取准确率和人员满意度。结果:系统通过数据集成平台采集设备运行数据,根据预设运算规则,建立数据分析模型,完成数据深度分析和结果可视化展示。系统实施后各类分析指标由实施前的4个增加至13个;数据获取准确率由系统实施前的(82.6±17.1)%升高至系统实施后的(99±0.2)%,其差异有统计学意义(t=4.853,P<0.05);临床科室申报员和设备管理人员对数据准确性和统计时效性的满意度分别为90.91%和100%,数据准确性和统计时效性的满意度均高于系统实施前,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.673,χ^(2)=36.9;P<0.05)。结论:医疗设备绩效管理系统能够反映医疗设备绩效运行情况,提高医疗设备精细化管理水平,提升医院资产管理效率。 Objective: To research and develop a medical equipment performance management system based on data integration platform and to explore its application value in improving the refined management of medical equipment.Methods: The performance management system of medical equipment was constructed by adopting the architecture of browser and server(B/S), configuring 24 core central processing unit(CPU) and 128 GB RAM, and setting up five functional modules of equipment list, monthly data confirmation, annual data filling, system setting and typical equipment entry. The performance analysis of medical equipment was conducted by the combination of informatization and quantitative analysis. The accuracy of data acquisition rate and personnel satisfaction before and after the implementation of equipment performance management system were compared. Results: The system collected the operation data of the equipment through the data integration platform, according to the preset operation rules, the data analysis model was established and the data in-depth analysis was completed and of the results were visual displayed.After the implementation of the system, the number of various analysis indicators increased from 4 to 13. The accuracy rate of data acquisition increased from(82.6±17.1)% to(99±0.2)%, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.853,P<0.05). The satisfaction rates of clinical department declarers and equipment engineers on data accuracy and statistical timeliness were 90.91% and 100%, respectively, which were higher than before the implementation of the system, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.673, χ^(2)=36.9;P<0.05). Conclusion: The medical equipment performance management system can reflect the performance and operation of medical equipment, improve the level of refined management of medical equipment, and enhance the efficiency of hospital asset management.
