基于CiteSpace软件对我国智慧医院研究的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of smart hospital research in recent decade in China based on CiteSpace software

目的:分析国内智慧医院领域研究现状、热点及前沿,以期为智慧医院相关研究提供参考。方法:检索中国知网、万方和维普网数据源,以智慧医院为主题词或关键词,跨库检索2012-2021年近十年发表的智慧医院相关中文文献,采用NoteExpress软件进行文献去重,利用Excel2007对文献发表量进行统计分析,使用CiteSpace软件从作者、研究机构和关键词3个方面进行共现网络分析。结果:此次初步检索2 151篇文献,最终纳入792篇文献,发文量总体呈上升趋势,核心作者发文176篇(占22.22%),远低于普赖斯定律提出的50%的指标,密切合作作者数量较少。发文机构间合作不紧密,合作者多为同一机构的不同部门。智慧医院研究领域高频关键词主要包括智慧医疗、物联网、互联网及信息化等;聚类图谱可视化后13个聚类一致性较好。突现词健康管理、智慧医院建设与应用、移动医疗、智慧医疗、云计算、系统集成、信息化、智慧护理、医疗服务、互联互通、智慧服务和5G突现。结论:智慧医院的研究热点为智慧医疗、智慧医院建设路径及现状、慢病健康管理平台构建和面向医院的智慧管理,智慧服务是未来的发展趋势。

Objective: To analyze the research status, hotspots and frontier in the field of smart hospitals in China, and to provide reference for related research. Methods: The data sources on CNKI, Wanfang and CQVIP were retrieved,and Chinese literature related to smart hospital published in 2012-2021 were searched across databases by using smart hospital as the subject term or keyword. NoteExpress software was used to deduplicate documents. The publication volume of the literature was statistically analyzed by using Excel 2007. The CiteSpace software was used to conduct cooccurrence network analysis on research from three aspects: author, institutions and keyword. Results: In the end, 792articles were included, and the number of articles published was generally on the rise. The core authors published 176articles(accounting for 22.22%), far below the 50% index proposed by Price’s law, and the number of close cooperating authors was small. The cooperation between the issuing institutions was not close, and most of the collaborators were different departments of the same institution. High-frequency key words in the field of smart hospital mainly included smart medical care, internet of things, internet and informatization, etc. The consistency of 13 clusters was relatively good after cluster map visualization. From the perspective of burst terms, health management, smart hospital construction and application, mobile medical care, smart medical care, cloud computing, system integration,informatization, smart nursing, medical services, interconnection, smart services, and 5G emerged. Conclusion: The research hotspots of smart hospital were smart medical care, the path and status quo of smart hospital construction,the construction of chronic disease health management platform, and hospital oriented smart management are the research hotspots of smart hospitals in China. Smart service is the development trend in the future.
