超声手术系统广泛应用于临床开放和腔镜手术中,其种类繁多,质量参差不齐,对超声手术系统进行科学的分类遴选管理是保证临床手术安全、提高手术质量的关键措施。为此,成立超声手术系统综合评估专家共识项目组,发布超声手术系统分类管理及综合价值评估的“超声手术系统综合评估专家共识”,为医疗机构对超声手术系统分类原则的准确理解以及关键价值点的正确掌握提供指导。

Ultrasonic scalpel is widely used in both clinical open surgeries and laparoscopic surgeries, which kinds are various and qualities are unevenness. Scientific management of classification-based selection is a key measure which ensure safety of clinical surgery and improve quality of surgery. Therefore, the project team of expert consensus of comprehensive assessment of ultrasonic surgery system was established to issue the “expert consensus of comprehensive assessment on ultrasonic scalpel” about the classification management and the assessment of comprehensive value of ultrasonic scalpel, so as to provide guidance for accurate understand of medical organization for the classification principle of ultrasonic scalpel system and for correct grasp of key value point.
