接触网差异化预防性机会维修策略研究

Study on Differential Preventive Opportunity Maintenance Strategy of Overhead Contact Line

为降低接触网的维修次数和维修成本,提出接触网预防性机会维修策略,引入可靠度裕度,通过接触网不同零部件之间的相互配合实现预防性机会维修。在此基础上,考虑接触网不同运行阶段可靠性变化规律的差异,分析其对可靠度裕度取值的影响,分析了接触网投运的早期、稳定期及耗损期预防性机会维修策略的差异。通过具体算例,对比了预防性维修、预防性机会维修与所提差异化预防性机会维修成本上的差异,在保证相同可靠度的情况下,差异化的预防性机会维修策略可进一步降低维修成本,实现接触网的精益化检修。

In order to reduce the OCL maintenance frequency and costs,the preventive opportunity maintenance strategy for OCL is proposed,and the reliability margin is introduced to achieve preventive opportunity maintenance through the mutual cooperation between different parts of OCL.On this basis,considering the difference of the regularities of changing of reliabilities of OCL in different operation stages,the influence on the value of the reliability margin is analyzed,and the difference of preventive opportunity maintenance strategy in the early,stable and consumption periods of OCL is analyzed.Through a specific example,the difference in the cost of preventive maintenance,preventive opportunity maintenance and differential preventive opportunity maintenance is compared.Under the condition of ensuring the same reliability,the differential preventive opportunity maintenance strategy can further reduce the maintenance cost and realize the lean maintenance of OCL.
