Study on Optimization and Improvement of Crimping Dies for Electric Connection Clamps of Contact Wires

针对既有电气化铁路接触线电连接线夹压接模具在使用中频繁出现损伤接触线的质量事故,对既有接触线电连接线夹及其压接模具的结构进行分析并结合现场实际施工经验分析原因,从而研究出一种新型接触线电连接线夹压接模具。

With regard to the frequent quality accidents that damage the contact wire in the use of the crimping dies for electric connection clamps of contact wires of the existing electrified railway, the structure of the existing electric connection clamp of contact wire and its crimping die is analyzed, and the causes are analyzed in combination with the actual construction experience on site, so a new type of crimping die for the electric connection clamp of contact wire is developed.
