Analysis on Volatile Components of Dracocephalum moldavica Based on SPME-GC-MS

摘要 为进一步开发利用香青兰(Dracocephalum moldavica)资源,采用顶空固相微萃取技术(SPME)对香青兰叶和花组织中的挥发性成分进行富集,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对挥发性成分进行鉴定,并采用峰面积归一化法确定各挥发性成分的相对含量。结果表明,香青兰叶和花中共鉴定出83种挥发性成分,包括烯炔类、醇类、醛类、酯类和酮类等7大类。叶和花中分别有64和65种挥发性成分,共有挥发性成分46种。叶中特有的挥发性成分有18种,占其挥发性成分总含量的3.96%;花中特有的挥发性成分有19种,占其挥发性成分总含量的7.26%。含量较高的挥发性成分为紫苏醛、紫苏醇、桉树醇、松油烯和石竹烯等。香青兰叶和花中挥发性成分丰富,具有药用及工业开发和利用价值。SPME-GC-MS能全面、快速获得香青兰挥发性成分信息,可用于香青兰挥发性成分的快速分析。 In order to further develop and utilize Dracocephalum moldavica resource,SPME was used to enrich volatile components from leaves and flowers of D.moldavica,and GC-MS was used to identify volatile components.Relative contents of volatile components were determined by peak area normalization method.Results showed that a total of 83 volatile components were identified from leaves and flowers of D.moldavica,including7 categories such as alkenes,alcohols,aldehydes,esters and ketones,and so on.There were 64 and 65 volatile components from leaves and flowers respectively,and 46 volatile components were found both in leaves and flowers.There were 18 endemic components in leaves,accounting for 3.96%of total content of volatile components from leaves.There were 19 endemic components in flowers,accounting for 7.26%of total content of volatile components from flowers.Volatile components with high contents were(-)-Perillaldehyde,Perillyl alcohol,Eucalyptol,α-Terpinene andβ-Caryophyllene,and so on.Volatile components from leaves and flowers of D.moldavica were rich,which had medicinal,industrial development and utilization values.SPME-GC-MS could comprehensively and quickly obtain information of volatile components,and could be used for rapid analysis on volatile components of D.moldavica.
