郑州黄河风景名胜区风景资源评价体系构建 被引量:2

Construction of Scenic Resource Evaluation System in Zhengzhou Yellow River Scenic and Historic Area

摘要 风景资源评价是风景区规划的基础性工作,也是风景资源保护的重要依据。郑州黄河风景名胜区拥有独特的风景资源,先后获得国家AAAA级旅游景区、国家地质公园、省级森林公园和国家水利风景区等称谓。在调研的基础上,梳理多标准风景资源评价体系,从景源质量、生态价值和发展条件3方面构建统一的风景资源评价体系,综合评价郑州黄河风景名胜区的风景资源现状。结果表明,郑州黄河风景名胜区风景资源很好等级区域面积占比为11.22%,好区域面积占比为21.99%,较好区域面积占比为27.29%,一般区域面积占比为27.29%,不好区域面积占比为12.15%。研究区的风景资源空间发展不均衡,南北部优于东西部。建议在发展南北区域时,严格保护风景资源,提升水资源循环利用率;控制东部区域的游客人数,提升基础设施建设;加强西部植树造林和塌方修复工作,增设景源标识牌。 Scenic resource evaluation is basic work of scenic area planning,which is important basis for protection of scenic resources.Zhengzhou Yellow River Scenic and Historic Area has unique scenic resources,and has won titles of national AAAA-level tourist scenic spot,national geological park,provincial forest park and national water conservancy scenic spot.On basis of investigation,multi-standard scenic resource evaluation systems were sorted out,and unified scenic resource evaluation system was constructed from three aspects including scenic resource quality,ecological value and development condition.Current situation of scenic resources in Zhengzhou Yellow River Scenic and Historic Area was comprehensively evaluated.Results showed that proportion of areas in Zhengzhou Yellow River Scenic and Historic Area with best grade was 11.22%.Proportion of areas with great grade was 21.99%.Proportion of areas with good grade was 27.29%.Proportion of areas with ordinary grade was 27.29%.Proportion of areas with poor grade was 12.15%.Spatial development of scenic resources in study area was uneven.North and south regions were better than east and west regions.It was recommended that when developing north and south regions,scenic resources should be strictly protected and recycling rate of water resources should be improved;in east region,number of tourists should be controlled and infrastructure construction should be improved;in west region,afforestation and landslide restoration should be strengthened and signboards of scenic resources should be installed.
