花草滩煤矿1102运输顺槽切顶卸压护巷关键技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 花草滩煤矿已开采的多个工作面受采动影响造成邻近的采区暗斜井巷道顶板下沉、帮部片帮,对1102运输顺槽顶板的钻孔预裂爆破,在采场周期来压时,通过切顶卸压减少工作面采动对暗斜井巷道的影响,减少了巷道修护频次,实现巷道卸压和保护的目的。为达到最佳卸压效果,使用理论分析、 FLAC3D数值模拟技术模拟在不同爆破角度、爆破高度切顶卸压围岩应力变化规律,通过优化模拟方案分析不同切顶方案下采场超前应力分布规律和巷道变形趋势,确定花草滩煤矿1102运输顺槽切顶卸压最佳参数。 The mining influence of several working faces in Huacaotan Mine has caused the roof of the roadway in the adjacent mining area to sink and the side wall to flake. For the drilling pre-splitting blasting of the roof in No.1102 transportation roadway, the influence of the mining of the working face on the roadway of the inclined shaft was reduced by cutting the roof and relieving the pressure, which reduced the frequency of roadway maintenance and realized the purpose of roadway pressure relief and protection. In order to achieve the best pressure relief effect, the theoretical analysis and FLAC3 D numerical simulation technology were used to simulate the stress variation law of the surrounding rock under different blasting angles and blasting heights. By optimizing the simulation scheme, the advanced stress distribution law of the stope and the deformation trend of the roadway under different roof cutting schemes were analyzed, and the optimal parameters of roof cutting and pressure relief in the 1102 transportation gateway of Huacaotan Mine were determined.
