离心释放器是液压制动牵引车安全制动的关键部件,其工作性能对牵引车的安全制动起到至关重要的作用。为提高离心释放器的检测手段,本文设计了一种便携式离心释放器试验装置,并阐述了试验数据采集方案,据此可以较为准确地测出离心式释放器的临界速度。该离心释放器试验装置的设计及对试验数据的采集方案有效地提高了离心释放器装机前的性能检测的检测效率,节约了检测成本,从而对液压制动牵引车的安全制动提供了保障。

Centrifugal releaser is the key component of the safe braking of the hydraulic braking tractor, and its working performance plays a vital role in the safe braking of the tractor. In order to improve the detection method of the centrifugal releaser, this paper designs a portable centrifugal releaser test device, and expounds the test data acquisition scheme, which can accurately measure the critical speed of the centrifugal releaser. The design of the centrifugal release device and the acquisition scheme of test data effectively improve the convenience of performance test before the centrifugal release device is installed, and save the test cost, thus providing a guarantee for the safe braking of hydraulic braking tractor.
