摘要 对望云煤矿EBZ200掘进机截割减速器进行轻量化设计,根据经验设计方法对截割减速器太阳轮、行星、内齿圈等结构参数进行调整。为验证此次掘进机截割减速器轻量化设计的可行性,分别对参数优化调整后的行星机构和行星架进行有限元仿真分析,结果表明调整后的行星机构和行星架可以满足望云煤矿EBZ200掘进机安全生产要求,轻量化改进后的掘进机截割减速器的质量减轻11%,降低了减速器制造成本,达到了设计目的。 The lightweight design of the cutting reducer of EBZ200 roadheader in Wangyun Coal Mine is carried out.According to the empirical design method, the structural parameters of the sun gear, planet and inner ring of the cutting reducer are adjusted. In order to verify the feasibility of the lightweight design of the roadheader cutting reducer, the finite element simulation analysis of the planetary mechanism and the planet carrier after the parameter optimization and adjustment is carried out respectively. The results show that the adjusted planetary mechanism and the planet carrier can meet the safety production requirements of the EBZ200 roadheader in Wangyun Coal Mine. The weight of the roadheader cutting reducer is reduced by 11 %, which reduces the manufacturing cost of the reducer and achieves the design purpose.
