摘要
为进一步提升焦化硫铵装置的运行管理水平,改善生产现场环境,降低设备检修安全风险,提高煤气中氨的回收率,强化设备设施管理,规范生产运行操作管控。根据近年来同行业生产实际经验,全面梳理系统存在的顽疾和问题。通过查阅设计资料和有关文献、考察调研、现场调查分析、召开工艺技术研究会议,针对存在的问题逐一列出对策,经过反复核实讨论研究,提出生产运行系统优化改造方案及日常运行管控措施的落实,实现了整套装置设备的高效稳定运行。
In order to further enhance the operation and management level of coking ammonium sulfide plant, improve the production site environment, reduce the safety risk of equipment maintenance, improve the recovery rate of ammonia in gas,strengthen the management of equipment and facilities, standardize the operation and control of production. According to the actual experience of the industry production in recent years, the existing problems and problems of the system were comprehensively sorted out. Through the design data and related literatures, survey research, field investigation and analysis, technology research conference, enumerate countermeasures for the existing problems, after repeated verification,discussion and study production system optimization retrofit scheme was put forward and the implementation of the daily operation controls, to achieve the efficient and stable operation of the device of a complete set of equipment.
