摘要
新投产的兰炭尾气锅炉,在短时间内运行,发现空预器换热管存在大面积泄露情况。为了保证锅炉设备安全稳定运行,通过对锅炉运行参数、空预器换热管材、烟气的成分等方面查找原因。结果表明:兰炭尾气锅炉因燃料热值低于设计值,并且烟气中含有较高的腐蚀成分,造成空预器换热管搪瓷大面积腐蚀,从而导致泄漏。
In a short period of operation, a large area of leakage was found in the heat exchange tubes of the air preheater of the newly put into operation coke tail gas boiler. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler equipment, the reasons were found through the boiler operation parameters, the heat exchange tubes of the air preheater, the composition of the flue gas, etc. The results show that: because the calorific value of the fuel of the coke tail gas boiler is lower than the design value, and the flue gas contains high corrosion, the enamel of the heat exchange tube of the air preheater is corroded in a large area, resulting in leakage.
