摘要
目的:探讨行为习惯逆转疗法联合家属参与健康教育对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)高危孕妇的影响。方法:选取2019年1月1日~2020年1月31日43例GDM高危孕妇纳入对照组,给予健康教育、生活指导、心理疏导等干预;选取2020年2月1日~2021年3月31日43例GDM高危孕妇纳入观察组,给予行为习惯逆转疗法联合家属参与健康教育。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预1、3个月较干预前,两组患者糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分均降低(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组同期(P<0.01);两组干预3个月糖尿病管理自我效能量表(C-DMSES)评分高于干预前(P<0.01),观察组干预3个月C-DMSES评分高于对照组(P<0.01);两组干预3个月糖尿病患者生活品质量表(DMQLS)评分低于干预前(P<0.01),观察组干预3个月DMQLS评分低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组不良母婴结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行为习惯逆转疗法联合家属参与健康教育能够提高GDM高危孕妇认知水平,改善行为能力,提升生活质量,降低不良母婴结局发生率。
Objective: To explore the effect of habit reversal therapy combined with health education with family participation in high-risk pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods: A total of 43 high-risk pregnant women with GDM were randomly selected during January 1,2019 to January 31,2020 and were included in the control group, the control group was given health education, life guidance, psychological counseling and other interventions, and another 43 high-risk pregnant women with GDM admitted during February 1,2020 to March 31,2021 were enrolled as the observation group, the observation group was given habit reversal therapy combined with health education with family participation.The intervention effect between the two groups was compared.Results: After 1 and 3 months of intervention, the scores of SDSCA scale in the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and those in the observation group were lower than thosein the control group(P<0.01).After 3 months of intervention, the scores of dimensions of C-DMSES scale in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of DMQLS scale in both groups were lower after 3 months of intervention than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence rate of adverse maternal-infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Habit reversal therapy combined with health education with family participation can help to improve the cognitive level, strengthen behavioral ability, enhance quality of life and reduce the incidence of maternal-infant outcomes in high-risk pregnant women with GDM.
