基于地方师范类应用型高等院校教师队伍建设的研究

Research on the Construction of Teachers’ Team in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities Based on Local Normal Universities

教师队伍建设一直都是各高等院校关注的问题,特别是地方师范类应用型院校,加快教师队伍建设不仅仅是高校转型发展的重中之重,也是我国加快科学技术创新、提升文化软实力的切实需要。推动学校高质量发展、转型发展,需要把教师队伍建设作为基础工作来抓,当成系统工程去做,加强统筹协调,精准施策,扎实有序推进,实现教师队伍建设目标。面对新时代新要求新问题,需要运用新的发展理念指导教师队伍建设实践,把握发展内涵,明确实践路径,把教师队伍建设和教书育人有机结合起来,两手齐抓,两头并重,努力培养出更多合格的社会主义建设者和接班人。本文通过对地方院校教师队伍建设举措进行分析,为地方高校构建结构合理、素质优良、具有创新能力强的教师队伍提供借鉴。

The construction of teachers’ team has long been researched and explored in colleges and universities, especially in local normal applied colleges. Accelerating the construction of teachers’ team is not only the most important task in the transformation and development of colleges and universities, but also the practical need of accelerating scientific and technological innovation and enhancing cultural soft power in China. To promote the high-quality development, transformation and development of schools, it is necessary to take the construction of teachers ’ team as basic work and a systematic project,strengthen overall coordination, make precise policies, advance in a solid and orderly manner, and achieve the goal of construction of teaching staff. Facing the new era, new requirements and new problems, we need to use new development concepts to guide the construction of teachers’ team, grasp the connotation of development, clarify the path of practice, combine construction of teachers’ team with teaching and educating people, and strive to cultivate more qualified socialist successors and builders. This paper analyzed the measures of construction of teachers ’ team in local colleges and universities, and provided reference for local colleges and universities to construct teachers’ team with reasonable structure, excellent quality and strong innovation ability.
