A Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Informatization Management of Scientific and Technological Achievements

科技成果是国家的重要战略资源,科技成果信息化管理是我国科技创新体系建设的重要支撑。加强科技成果信息化建设,提高科技成果信息资源利用率,对于促进科技成果的推广利用,更好发挥科技创新对经济社会发展的支撑作用具有十分重要的现实意义。本文探讨了科技成果信息化管理的意义与现状,分析了当前科技成果信息化管理中存在的问题与不足,包括对信息化管理重视不够,资金缺乏,政府部门对科技成果转化推广支持力度有待加强,科技成果管理流程设计不合理等,并提出相关解决方案与对策,希望能够为提升我国企事业单位的科技成果信息化管理水平提供参考。

Scientific and technological achievements are important national strategic resources, and their information management is a vital support for the construction of China’s scientific and technological innovation system. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the informatization construction of scientific and technological achievements and improve the utilization rate of information resources of scientific and technological achievements for promoting the popularization and utilization of scientific and technological achievements and better playing the supporting role of scientific and technological progress and innovation in economic and social development. This paper discusses the significance and current situation of the informatization management of scientific and technological achievements, and analyzes the problems and deficiencies in their current informatization management, including insufficient attention to the informatization management, lack of fund and unreasonable design of the management process of scientific and technological achievements as well as more support to be given by government departments to help the transformation and promotion of scientific and technological achievements. It also puts forward several relevant solutions and countermeasures, hoping to provide some reference for improving the informatization management of scientific and technological achievements of enterprises and institutions in China.
