摘要
研究了云砼石以0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%等体积取代石子对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性和干燥养护条件下混凝土强度的影响。结果发现,云砼石等体积取代石子量增加时,混凝土的非稳态迁移系数(DRCM)缓慢增加。但云砼石等体积取代石子量在0~80%范围内,混凝土的抗氯离子渗透等级无明显影响;干燥养护条件下(温度(20±2)℃、相对湿度RH=(50±5)%,随着云砼石等体积取代石子从0增长至100%,强度从46.7 MPa增长至61.2 MPa,增长率约为17.99%~31.05%,原因在于云砼石的内养护效应和其与水泥基体之间形成的一种机械镶嵌结构。
It studies the effect of replacing stone with 0,20%,40%,60%,80% and 100% of cloud concrete stone on chloride ion permeability of concrete and strength of concrete under dry curing condition.The results show that the unsteady state migration coefficient(DRCM)of concrete increases slowly with the increase of equal volume replacement of dolomite concrete stone.However,the chloride penetration resistance grade of concrete has no obvious effect when the amount of equal volume replacement stone is in the range of 0~80%.Under dry curing condition(temperature of(20±2)℃,relative humidity RH=(50±5)%),with the increase of equal volume replacement stone from 0 to 100%,the strength increases from 46.7 MPa to 61.2MPa,and the strength rates are about 17.99%~31.05%,which is due to the internal curing effect of cloud concrete stone and a kind of mechanical inlay structure formed between cement paste and cloud concrete stone.
