高强钢丝布-聚合物砂浆加固混凝土楼板的静载试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于中国建筑东北设计研究院老办公楼改造项目,为研究高强钢丝布-聚合物砂浆加固法在楼板加固中的受力性能,模拟老办公楼楼板制作了同跨度、近似等强度的钢筋混凝土试验基板,进行了试验基板(B1类)、试验基板板底采用高强钢丝布-聚合物砂浆加固(B2类)、试验基板板底采用高强钢丝布-聚合物砂浆和板顶采用钢筋混凝土叠合层加固(B3类)的3类实比例楼板的静载试验。试验结果表明:在试件挠度达到L/200之前,跨中正筋拉应力未达到屈服,荷载主要有高强度钢丝承受;在跨中挠度达L/200时、产生相同裂缝宽度0.200 mm时和极限承载破坏状态时,加固后的楼板承载能力均有大幅度提高;板边支座形式对承载力影响较大,采用连续板相比简支板形式,能较大提高承载力。 In order to study the mechanical performance of the combination strengthening method of high-performance polymer and high-strength steel wire mesh in floor strengthening,based on the original office building reconstruction project of Northeast Design Institute of CSCEC,imitate the original office building floor to make the same span,approximate strength of reinforced concrete test substrate,test substrate(B1),the test substrate plate reinforced at the bottom with high strength steel wire cloth-polymer mortar(B2),the test substrate plate reinforced at the bottom with high strength steel wire cloth-polymer mortar and at the top with concrete composite layer(B3),three types of real scale floor strengthening experiments were conducted.The results show that before the deflection of the test piece reaches L/200,the tensile stress of the mid span normal reinforcement does not reach yield,and the load is mainly borne by high-strength steel wire.Under the control of mid span deflection L/200,crack width 0.200 mm and limit-bearing failure state,can greatly improve the bearing capacity of the slab.The form of slab edge support has a great influence on the bearing capacity,and the bearing capacity can be greatly improved by using continuous slab compared with simply supported slab.
