社区参与增进民生福祉:旅游人民性的新视角

Community Participation to Improve People’s Livelihood:A New Perspective of Tourism Popularity

随着我国社会矛盾发生变化,旅游对于人民的意义和功能也发生了改变,从之前以经济功能为主向增进人民福祉转化,旅游的人民性日益凸显。在此背景下,当前旅游社区的研究重点也逐渐从社区参与、社区增权等独立话题转变为社区参与对人民美好生活产生的深层影响等关联话题,即研究社区参与和民生福祉的关系。基于对旅游社区研究领域国内外重要文献的梳理,以旅游人民性作为研究视角,从经济效应、社会效应、环境效应和政治效应四个方面来阐述旅游社区参与和社区增权对于民生福祉的积极影响,对于后续开展旅游社区与居民福祉的深化研究提供了可参考的研究方向。未来,伴随福祉研究更多引入旅游以及福祉测量体系的完善,旅游这一现代社会的重要生活方式和民生诉求将被更多地纳入民生福祉的考察系统中,引导学界更好地认识旅游和旅游的人民性,从而建构更加全面的民生福祉评价体系。

With the change of social contradictions in China, the significance and function of tourism to the people have also changed,from economic function to promoting people’s well-being. In this context, the current research focus of tourism community has gradually changed from independent topics such as community participation and community empowerment to related topics such as the deep impact of community participation on people’s better life, that is, the relationship between community participation and people’s livelihood. Based on the review of the important literature in the field of tourism community research at home and abroad, this paper discusses the positive impact of tourism community participation and community empowerment on people’s livelihood from four aspects: economic effect, social effect, environmental effect and political effect. It provides reference for further research on tourism community and residents’ well-being.In the future, with the introduction of more well-being research into tourism and the improvement of well-being measurement system,tourism, an important lifestyle and people’s livelihood appeal of modern society, will be more integrated into the investigation system of people’s livelihood and well-being, so as to guide the academic community to better understand tourism and the people’s nature of tourism, so as to construct a more comprehensive evaluation system of people’s livelihood and well-being.
