构建高校财务“党建+”工作机制的思考

高校探索“党建+”工作机制具有重要意义,可以更好地发挥党建引领作用,满足国家财政体制改革要求,推动学校高质量发展。在现实工作中,探索实践这一机制面临一些挑战和问题,包括队伍结构不够理想、服务形式比较单一、信息化水平相对落后等。高校财务部门应以服务型党支部建设为抓手,加强财务人员思想政治教育,积极探索构建“党建+”工作机制的实践路径,促进党建与业务深度融合,着力发挥党建在素质提升、示范引领、服务师生、助力发展等方面的引领作用,防范财务风险,促进财务工作水平不断提升。

It is crucial for universities to explore the “Party Building+” working mode, which can better play the leading role of party building, meet the requirements of national financial system reform, and promote the high-quality development of schools. In reality, the exploration and practice of this operating mode face some challenges and problems, i.e.unsatisfactory team structure, single form of service and relatively backward informatization level. Finance departments of universities should take the construction of service-oriented party branches as a focal point, strengthen the ideological and political education of the financial staff, actively explore the practical path of constructing “Party Building+ ” working mode, promote the deep integration of party building and business, focus on the leading role of party building in quality improvement, demonstration and leadership, service to teachers and students, and helping to development, etc.,prevent financial risks, and facilitate the continuous improvement of financial work.
