融媒体背景下高职院校学生记者队伍建设

The Construction of Student Reporters Team in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Integrated Media

为了更好地发挥学生记者队伍在高职院校宣传思想工作中的重要作用,以融媒体背景下高职院校学生记者队伍建设为研究对象,运用SWOT(态势分析法),对其内部优势、劣势,外部机遇、威胁进行分析,并利用AHP(层次分析法)构建层次分析模型,计算各层次指标的权重,讨论融媒体背景下高职院校学生记者队伍建设的策略。结果表明,融媒体背景下高职院校学生记者队伍建设有较为乐观的内外部发展环境,但内部劣势和外部威胁也不容忽视,应着重在思想引领、平台建设、资源整合、制度建设、系统培训上下功夫。

In order to better play the important role of student reporters in the propaganda and ideological work of higher vocational colleges, the paper, taking the construction of student reporter team of higher vocational colleges under the background of integrated media as the research object, using SWOT(SWOT Analysis) to analyze its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to build an analytic hierarchy model, calculate the weights of indicators at all levels, and discuss strategies for building a team of student journalists in higher vocational colleges under the background of integrating media. The results show that under the background of integrated media, there is a relatively optimistic internal and external development environment for the construction of student reporters in higher vocational colleges, but internal disadvantages and external threats cannot be ignored. The focus should be on ideological guidance, platform construction, resource integration, system construction and system training.
