虚拟仿真融合翻转课堂模式在粮食干燥与通风课程中的应用

摘要 粮食人才的培养质量对国家粮食安全战略和产业的高质量发展至关重要。在国家新工科建设背景下,粮食工程专业课程教学改革与实践创新势在必行。粮食干燥与通风课程作为粮食工程专业主干课,具有很强的实用性和实践性。文章基于国家级虚拟仿真在线课程建设平台,采用虚拟仿真实验融合翻转课堂教学模式,打破传统专职教师教学时间和空间的限制,开展情景化、互动式学习方式,确保教学工作安全高质量执行,以期为培养更多的创新型、应用型和复合型粮食人才提供教学模式。 The training quality of food talents is very important to the high-quality development of China’s food security strategy and industry.Under the background of the construction of new national engineering courses,it is imperative to reform the teaching reform and practice innovation of the food engineering specialty courses.Grain drying and ventilation course,as the main course of grain engineering,has strong practicability and practicality.This paper is based on the national virtual simulation online course construction platform,adopts virtual simulation experiment and flipped classroom teaching mode,breaks the limitation of traditional full-time teacher teaching time and space,and develops contextual and interactive learning methods to ensure the safe and high-quality implementation of teaching work.This paper aims to provide a teaching model for cultivating more innovative,applied and compound food talents.
