储粮害虫谷蠹的呼吸速率特性研究

摘要 研究了5种储粮害虫(玉米象、谷蠹、锯谷盗、赤拟谷盗和锈赤扁谷盗)呼吸速率差异。并以谷蠹为研究对象,考察了发育阶段、磷化氢抗性水平(抗性倍数为7.15~1173.63)和储粮环境条件(不同温度和小麦水分含量)对储粮害虫呼吸速率的影响。研究结果显示:不同种类储粮害虫呼吸速率差异显著,其中玉米象和谷蠹的呼吸速率分别为4.435×10^(-6)、3.964×10^(-6)%/(min·头),显著高于其他种类(P<0.05)。谷蠹成虫的呼吸速率显著高于其他发育阶段,且蛹期呼吸速率最低。不同磷化氢抗性水平对储粮害虫呼吸速率影响较大,两者呈现负相关趋势,即随着磷化氢抗性倍数升高谷蠹呼吸速率显著降低(P<0.05)。不同环境条件下,谷蠹呼吸速率随外界温度和小麦水分含量的增加,其呼吸速率均呈现上升趋势,且在35℃和14%小麦水分含量的环境下,试虫的呼吸速率达到峰值。 Firstly,this paper studied the respiratory rate of five stored-grain pests(Sitophilus zeamais,Rhizopertha dominica,Oryzaephilus surinamensis,Tribolium castaneum and Cryptolestes ferrugineus).Then,we used the R.dominica as the research object to clarify the effects of different development stages,different phosphine resistance levels(resistance ratio was 7.15~1173.63)and different storage environmental conditions(different temperature and wheat moisture content)on the respiratory rate of this stored-grain pest.The results showed that the respiratory rates of different kinds of stored grain pests were significantly different.The respiratory rates of S.zeamais and R.dominica were 4.435×10^(-6)%/min and 3.964×10^(-6)%/min respectively,which were significantly higher than other species(P<0.05).The respiratory rate of R.dominica adult was significantly higher than that of other development stages,and the respiratory rate in pupal stage was the lowest.The respiratory rate of storedgrain pests was significantly affected by its phosphine resistance levels,and we found that they showed a negative correlation.Namely,the respiratory rate of R.dominica decreased significantly with the increase of phosphine resistance levels(P<0.05).With different environmental conditions,the respiratory rate of R.dominica showed an upward trend with the increase of external temperature and wheat moisture content.The respiratory rate reached the peak at 35℃and 14%wheat moisture content.
