摘要 针对QC101、QC304浅圆仓进人孔和测温电缆检测口气密性差、出入粮口手动闸胶垫损坏及个别通风口未满焊等问题,通过填充气密材料、焊接修复和更换优质气密件等措施对浅圆仓的进人孔、通风口、仓内管线孔洞、出入粮口及配套设备等易漏气部位进行专项的气密性改造。经试验将浅圆仓空仓压力从500 Pa衰减至250 Pa的时间提高到36 min以上,达到了预期效果,为充氮气调储粮技术的应用提供良好的仓房条件。 To solve the problems of poor air tightness of the test ports of QC101 and QC304 squat silos and temperature measuring cables,damage of the manual brake pads at the grain inlet and outlet,and under-soldering of individual vents,through filling air-tight material,welding repair and replacing high-quality air-tight parts,the air-tight transformation was carried out on the easy-to-leak parts of squat silo,such as manhole,vent,pipe hole in silo,inlet and outlet of grain and supporting equipment.The experimental results showed that the time of decreasing the pressure of empty silos from 500 Pa to 250 Pa was over 36 min,and achieved the desired effect,which provided good conditions for the application of nitrogen-filled controlled grain storage technology.
