摘要
针对环形加热炉存在的吨钢能耗偏高问题,跟踪并测试了管坯在环形加热炉中的温度,以测试数据为依据优化管坯加热制度、坯料布料方式和燃烧工况等。通过优化管坯加热温度和时间、待轧降温制度以及管坯布料方式等,实现了提高环形加热炉加热效率和降低吨钢能耗的目的。
Addressing the problem of high energy consumption per ton of steel as staying with the rotary hearth furnace,the temperature of the billet as heated in the rotary hearth furnace is tracked and measured.And based on the measured data,the billet heating scheme,the billet distribution type and the combustion condition are optimized.The purpose of improving heating efficiency of the rotary hearth furnace and reducing the energy consumption per ton of steel is finally realized by means of optimizing the billet heating temperature and time,the before-rolling cooling scheme and the billet distribution type.
