摘要
通过有限元分析获取双层套管挤毁压力,为套损井的分析提供理论依据。结果表明在该井况下双层套管的外压挤毁压力远低于内层套管的外压挤毁压力;提高固井水泥固井质量、提高水泥反高、增强环空压力检测是避免该类问题发生的重要手段。
The collapse pressure of the double-layer oil casing is obtained via the FEA method so as to provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of the casing-damaged well.The result reveals that under the conditions of the damaged well,the external collapse pressure of the double-layer casing is much lower than that of the inner casing.Accordingly relevant necessary measures should be taken to avoid re-occurrence of the above mentioned problem,including improving the cementing quality of the cement,improving cement anti-height performance,and enhancing annulus pressure detection.
