海南省安居型住房精细化设计应用研究

近年来,随着国家保障性住房建设的不断推进,安居型住房成为当前所需的重要类型。为推动安居型住房建设,海南省出台多项政策法规及工程建设地方标准。精细化设计是根据居住者生活方式及行为模式的高度探索与总结,对设计者在进行安居型住房设计时提出更高的要求。本文就海南省安居型住房类型进行分析,得出该省安居型住房设计多为中小户型,在设计过程中要以精细化设计理念进行思考,充分利用空间,注重细节,使居住者获得更加精致、舒适、人性化的居住空间,并不断探索与总结经验,以此提升安居型住房的设计水平。

With the continuous promotion of the construction of national indemnificatory housing in recent years,affordable housing is an important type currently required. In order to promote the construction of affordable housing,Hainan Province has rapidly introduced a number of policies, regulations and local standards for engineering construction. Precise design is based on the high exploration and summary of the living style and behavior mode of the residents, and puts forward higher requirements for designers when designing the affordable housing. This paper analyzes the types of residential housing in Hainan Province, and concludes that the design of residential housing in Hainan Province is mostly small and medium-sized. In the design process, it is more necessary for designers to think with precise design concept, make full use of space and pay attention to details, so that the residents can obtain more refined, comfortable and humanized living space, and improve the design level of comfortable housing through continuous exploration and summary.
