老旧职工居住区景观规划与改造——以云南省南湖橡胶厂职工居住区为例

随着时代的发展,居民对于居住条件及居住环境的要求也随之提高。本项目以云南省南湖橡胶厂职工居住区为例,在国家出台的针对城镇老旧小区改造工作相关文件的指导下,本着以人为本、可持续发展的原则,分别从小区现状、如何改造、预留改造等不同方面提出了意见和建议,重点解决居住区内部公共空间及景观现状所存在的问题,同时改善交通和停车问题,增设服务性设施和公共设施,重新规划绿化和小区公共空间。

With the development of the times, residents’ requirements for living conditions and living environment are also increasing. This project takes the residential area of Nanhu Rubber Factory in Yunnan Province as an example,aiming at the renovation of the old urban residential area, under the guidance of the relevant policies issued by the state for the renovation of the old urban residential areas, in line with the principles of sustainable housing development,resource saving and people-oriented. Opinions and suggestions are put forward respectively from different aspects such as the current situation of the residential areas, transform expectations, transformation reserves, etc. The focus is to solve different kinds of problems existing in the current situation of the public space and landscape inside the residential areas, at the same time to improve the traffic and parking situations, add service facilities and public facilities, and replan the greening and public space of the residential areas.
