群众性练兵背景下军医大学开展战术战伤救护大赛的实践与思考

Practice and thinking of hosting the contest of tactical combat casualty care in a military medical university under the background of mass military training

目的 介绍某军医大学在群众性练兵背景下开展战术战伤救护大赛的情况,分析竞赛结果并提出思考。方法大赛借鉴“站点式”和“赛道式”竞赛形式,分为学员组和教员组展开,包括海选、培训、决赛3个环节。整理分析竞赛得分,计算决赛各站点及战救单项技术平均得分率。结果 海选理论考核分数较高,各战救单项技术均分为77.14~90.81分。决赛中,学员组赛道各站点平均得分率为65.65%~98.75%,教员组赛道各站点平均得分率为66.65%~83.47%;2组中平均得分率均排名前5位的技术有4项,分别为伤情评估、急救创伤绷带包扎、旋压式止血带止血、心肺复苏,均排名后3位的技术有2项,分别为卷式夹板骨折固定、鼻咽/口咽通气管置入。结论 以综合案例为牵引,突出沉浸实战特色,借助群众性练兵,推进条件资源建设,优化评分系统,组建指导专家库,抓牢转型发展需求,聚焦海战卫勤演练。

Objective To introduce the contest of tactical combat casualty care hosted in a military medical university under the background of mass military training, and also to analyze the contest results and put forward thinking about training.Methods Taking the forms of “station” and “track” competition, the contest was divided into student and teacher groups, and included preliminary and final rounds, and intensive training. The contest scores were summarized and analyzed, and the average score rates of each station and skill in the final round were calculated.Results In the preliminary round, the scores of theory test were relatively high and the average scores of each skill were 77. 14-90. 81. In the final round, the average score rates of each station were respectively 65. 65%-98. 75% for the student group and 66. 65%-83. 47% for the teacher group. Four skills ranking top five in average score rates in the 2 groups were injury assessment, trauma aid bandaging, tourniquet hemostasis and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the 2 skills that ranked the last three in the 2 groups were splint fracture fixation and nasopharyngeal/oropharyngeal ventilation airway insertion.Conclusion Comprehensive scenarios should be used to highlight immersive combat training. Mass military training should be utilized to promote the construction of training conditions and resources. The score system should be optimized and expert panel be established. Transformation needs should be grasped firmly in hand and sea combat medical support exercise be focused tightly.
