外语教师心理韧性研究——回顾与展望

Foreign Language Teacher Resilience:Retrospect and Prospect

外语教师心理韧性是近年来外语教师发展领域的新增长点,但相关研究的广度和深度还有较大的拓展和提升空间。基于此,本文梳理了近20年来教师心理韧性和外语教师心理韧性的研究文献,从心理韧性的内涵、研究对象、主题和方法四个方面分别对普通教育学领域的教师心理韧性和外语教师心理韧性的研究成果进行了系统梳理和分析,提出了未来研究的发展方向,即重视心理韧性模型的指导作用、关注生态视角下的教师心理韧性研究、拓展研究对象和丰富研究方法。

Language teacher resilience(LTR)has set a new agenda in the field of foreign language teacher education and development in the recent years,but there remains a large area to be further explored in terms of research depth and width.Against this backdrop,the current paper systematically reviews and analyzes the studies of teacher resilience in general education and LTR in recent 20 years in terms of basic concepts,research participants,themes and methods.Furthermore,the paper proposes some future directions of LTR by emphasizing the instructive role of resilience models,researching teacher resilience from an ecological perspective,enlarging research participants and enriching research methods.
