Discussion on key control points of laboratory operation and maintenance based on biosafety risk assessment

通过对国内多家生物安全实验室及维保单位进行调研,从生物安全风险角度分析总结了生物安全实验室设施及关键防护设备运行维护中的关键控制点,旨在为实验室维护人员提供工作要点,并为编制中的《生物安全实验室运行维护评价规范》提供依据,以期能够提高我国生物安全实验室维护水平,强化生物安全保障能力。

Through the investigation of a number of domestic biosafety laboratories and maintenance units,this paper analyses and summarizes the key control points in the operation and maintenance of biosafety laboratory facilities and key protective equipment from the perspective of biosafety risk,in order to provide key points for laboratory maintenance personnel and provide a basis for the preparation of the Code for operation and maintenance evaluation of biosafety laboratories,so as to improve the maintenance level of biosafety laboratories in China,and strengthen the biosafety guarantee capability.
