即刻負重整體固定橋式種植義齒修復牙列缺失的臨床應用

Clinical study on immediate loading of implant-supported fixed full prostheses

目的觀察即刻負重整體固定橋式種植義齒修復牙列缺失的遠期臨床效果,探索應用中的關鍵問題,建立一種無牙頜患者牙列缺失的即刻負重修復模式,為臨床上該類患者提供可行的治療方案。方法18例患者共計116枚種植體,使用整體固定橋式種植義齒修復體即刻負重修復,觀察時間5年以上。結果18例患者的即刻負重整體固定橋式種植義齒修復體臨床效果良好,所有病例全部取得成功。結論即刻負重整體固定橋式種植義齒可成功應用於臨床修復無牙頜患者的牙列缺失,近遠期效果滿意。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of immediate loading of implant-supported fixed full prostheses and investigate its key problems in clinical use.The purpose of this study was to find a treatment plan for the edentulous patients who want implant-supported fixed prostheses..Methods 18 cases underwent im-mediate implant for 116 implants,and immediate loading prosthesis were used.All cases were observed by 5 year.Results All of the 18 cases were succeed,and achieved good clinical results.Conclusion With selected indication,immediate loading of implant-supported fixed full prostheses can succeed applied in clinic and acquire satisfied clinical result.
