胸大肌皮瓣在頭頸腫瘤術後組織缺損重建中的應用

Application of pectoralis major myocutaneous flap in the repair of head and neck neoplasms

目的探討胸大肌肌皮瓣在頭頸部腫瘤切除後組織缺損重建修復中的應用效果。方法對2例頭頸部腫瘤術後組織缺損應用胸大肌肌皮瓣立即進行重建修復,並進行效果分析。結果2例胸大肌皮瓣完全成活,取得了良好的外形和功能效果。結論胸大肌皮瓣具有豐富的組織量,優良的血液供應,較強的抗感染能力,且與頭頸部鄰近,既可以游離移植,也可以帶蒂轉移,供區可以直接縫合,無需變換體位,特別適用於頭頸部腫瘤擴大切除術後組織缺損的修復重建。

Objective To analyze the curative results of pectoralis major myocutaneous(PMMC)flap in repairing defect of the head and neck neoplasms.Methods Pectoralis major myocutaneous flap were applied in 2 cases of head and neck cancer after radical resection.Results 2 PMMC flaps was successful.They had good survival and functional results.Conclusion PMMC flap is an excellent reconstructive material with its abundant tissue and good blood supply and anatomic proximity to the neck and head area,especially in the repair of defects from extensive neoplasms.resections in the head and neck.
