急診室的哀傷護理

Grief&Bereavement Care in the Emergency Department

探近年來,國內外醫學界對哀傷的處理不斷進行探索性的研究和實踐。由於急診科就診者大都是急重症患者,並且突發死亡率高,因此,面對急診科急重症患者的心理特點,以及面對突然喪失至親的家屬極有需要提供有步驟的心理支援,包括評估患者及家屬的情緒、掌握哀傷護理的技巧、採取相應護理措施,和加強心理輔導等。同時,哀傷護理貫穿於護理活動的全過程,因此,護士有必要根據患者及家屬的身心社靈全方位需求做好哀傷護理工作。

In recent years,both domestic and foreign medical professions have been studying and practicing how to deal with a grief&bereavement.Because the emergency department usually accepts patients who are in an extremely critical condition,sudden death occurs frequently.Therefore,the nurses in the emergency department,while facing patients in critical condition and the families who have suffered a sudden and unexpected death,need to consider the patients’and families’psychological characteristics to provide systematical psychological support.The support includes,assessing the patients’and families’emotions,mastering skills to provide grief care,taking corresponding nursing measures,and strengthening the psychological counseling,etc.At the same time,grief care has to be provided throughout the whole process of nursing activity.In a word,the nurses need to provide all-round grief and bereavement support to the patients and families,according to their physical and psychological characteristics.
