囊腫前壁切除治療復發性耳廓假性囊腫

Treatment of recurrent auricular pseudocyst with anterior wall cystectomy

目的探討復發性耳廓假囊腫的治療方法。方法回顧性分析5例復發患者,採用囊腫前壁切除的方法,觀察手術療效。結果5例復發患者均按照以上手術治療,均取得滿意療效,無耳廓變形或囊腫復發。結論手術切除囊腫前壁是治療復發耳廓假囊腫的有效方法。

Objective Investigate the treatment method of recurrent auricular pseudocyst.Methods Retrospectively analysed the data of 5 cases recurrent auricular pseudocyst.Observed the effect of anterior wall cystectomy method.Results 5 cases of recurrent auricular pseudocyst with anterior wall cystectomy treatment,achieved satisfactory results,no ear deformation or cyst recurrence.Conclusion Anterior wall cystectomy might be an effective method for treatment of recurrent auricular pseudocyst.
