角膜塑形鏡視力矯正的初步療效分析

Short-term efficacy study of Orthokeratology lens on visual acuity correction

目的觀察角膜塑形鏡視力矯正的臨床療效及相關併發症的發生情况。方法測量和分析18例(33眼)青少年近視眼患者配戴第四代角膜塑形鏡前、後的視力、眼軸長度、淚膜狀況、視覺質量,以及相關併發症的發生情况,隨訪2~12個月。結果在晚上睡眠時配戴角膜塑形鏡7天後,裸眼視力均能達到0.9或以上,平均降低屈光度為-3.35±1.85D,戴鏡3個月後眼軸長度無明顯增加。戴鏡1週内角膜上皮點狀染色發生率27.3%,1個月後發生率僅6.1%,並未發生嚴重感染;淚膜破裂時間平均縮短2.5s,僅3人感覺眼幹;無訴重影眩光;1人訴偶覺疲勞不適。結論利用第四代角膜塑形鏡進行科學的角膜塑形治療近視眼,視力矯正效果良好,無嚴重併發症發生,長期配戴用於控制近視發展是安全、有效的。

Objective To evaluate the effect of short-term effect of Orthokeratology Lens on visual acuity correction and the occurrence of side effect.Methods Thirty-three eyes of eighteen myopia patients from 9 years old to 23 years old with mean equivalent spherical(-3.35±1.85)D,were fitted indicated for Orthokeratology Lens with overnight wear.The uncorrected visual acuity,axial length,the condition of tear film and the occurrence of side effect were assessed before the treatment,2 months to 12 months after the treatment.Results After 7 nights overnight wearing of Orthokeratology Lens,the uncorrected visual acuity of all participants were more than 0.9,and the axial lengths had not obviously increase after 3 months’wearing.The occurrence of corneal epithelial staining in the first week wearing was 27.3%,while the occurrence rate was 6.1%one month later.There was no serious infection during the study period.The average of breakup time(BUT)was shorter by 2.5 seconds after 3 months’wearing.3 patients complaimed eyedry,But no glare or ghosting.One patient felt tired occasionally.Conclusion The effect of Orthokeratology Lens on Visual Acuity correction was rather effective and safe.
