超聲診斷52例乳腺癌回顧分析

Retrospective analysis of 52 cases of breast cancer diagnosed by ultrasonography

目的探討超聲在乳腺癌診斷中的應用價值。方法搜集經手術病理證實的52例乳腺癌,回顧分析超聲檢查結果,著重分析乳腺腫塊形態、邊界、腫塊内部回聲、後方回聲、縱橫比、微鈣化、有無包膜和腫塊彩色血流豐富程度等多項測量指標的變化,以及腋窩淋巴結腫大情况。結果52例乳腺癌中,腫塊形態不規則35例(67.3%),後方回聲衰减24例(46.2%),腫塊内部微鈣化灶25例(48.1%),彩色多普勒超聲檢出腫塊内部及周邊豐富血流信號30例(57.7%),腋窩淋巴結轉移28例(53.8%)。結論乳腺癌的超聲表現具有一定的特徵性,綜合分析二維聲像圖及彩色多普勒超聲表現,有利於提高乳腺癌超聲診斷的正確率。

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 52 cases if breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed,characteristics of breast cancer in ultrasonography including sizes,shapes borders of masses,intra mass echo,retro mass echo,aspect ratio of masses,microcalcification,mass encapsulation,blood flow of mass,and changes in axillary lymph node.Results Of 52 cases of breast cancer,35cases(67.3%)showed irregular mass,24 cases(46.2)showed retro echo attenuation,25 cases(48.1%)showed microcalcification,30 cases(57.7%)presented with increase in blood flow signal intra&peri mass vessels in color doppler ultrasonography,28 cases(53.8%)showed the axillary node metastatsis.Conclusion The characterstics of breast cancer in utrasonography is characteristics,the diagnostic rate of breast cancer can be raised by analysis of two dimensional view and color Doppler ultrasonography.
