珠江口“1.11”水上交通事故傷情特點分析

Analysis of the injury characteristic of“1.11”water transport accident in Pearl River estuary

目的探討珠江口水域2008年1月11日發生的兩高速客船相撞的水上交通事故的傷情特點,為突發的群體意外事件處理提供資料。方法收集“1.11”水上交通事故傷員的傷情資料,統計分類。結果是次事故被送往澳門地区的2所綜合醫院救治的傷員共144人,ISS<9分(輕度外傷),共139例,佔96.5%;ISS 9-15分(中度外傷),共3例,佔2.1%;ISS>16分(嚴重外傷),共2例,佔1.4%。接受急診處理後可以離開醫院的有121人,佔傷員總人數的84%;需要馬上入院治療的有23人,佔傷員總人數的16%;經急診處理回家後再要求住院檢查治療4人,住院天數天1~131天。全部傷員生存,無死亡病例,出院時遺留傷殘2例。結論碰撞類型的水上交通意外中的傷員以輕度外傷為主,要在衆多傷員中迅速發現嚴重外傷者並優先處理。

Objective To explore the injury characteristics of the water transport collision accident of two high-speech ferries in Pearl River estuary on January 11,2008 and their first aid and treatment.Methods To collect the wounded personnel data of“1.11”water transport accident and make statistical classification.Results 144 wounded of the water transport accident were sent to the two hospitals in Macao.ISS<9 score(injury in mild degree),139 cases,accounted for 96.5%;ISS 9-15 score(injury in moderate degree),3 cases,accounted for 2.1%;ISS>16 score(severe injury),2 cases,accounted for 1.4%.121 wounded accounted for 84%of total wounded count left hospital after treatment in emergency department.23 wounded accounted for 16%of total wounded count were hospitalized immediately.4 wounded who were treated in emergency department and back home,requested for further hospitalization.Days of hospitalization was 1~131.All of wounded were alive and no case of death.2 wounded suffered from disability on discharge.Conclusion The wounded suffered in water transport accidents with collision type presented mild injury in majority of cases.Thus,finding and treating in priority of severe wounded among all of the wounded in accident was important.
