鼻内鏡下帶吸引電凝治療鼻腔前部鼻出血的價值(附46例)

Effectiveness of anterior nasal epistaxis with electrocoagulation suction treatment under nasal endoscope(46 cases)

目的探討鼻腔前部鼻出血鼻内鏡下帶吸引電凝治療的價值。方法選擇46例門診鼻腔前部鼻出血患者,採用鼻内鏡下直接尋找出血點,局部採用帶吸引電凝治療,觀察患者治療後的效果,其中20例用視覺類比量表(VAS)對疼痛評分與鼻腔填塞治療比較。結果所有患者診治中均發現有鼻腔前部出血位置並同時進行電凝止血,一次性治癒率達87%,與鼻腔填塞治療在疼痛上有明顯差別。結論鼻内鏡下帶吸引電凝治療是一種快捷、有效,可減輕患者痛苦,鼻出血治療方法。

Objective Objective To investigate the effectiveness of anterior nasal epistaxis with electrocoagulation suction treatment under nasal endoscope.Methods 46 outpatient cases with anterior nasal epistaxis were selected,bleeding point was explored under nasal endoscope,locally treated and by suction coagulation and treatment effects were observed.Among 20 cases were compared with Nasal packing treatment by pain score using Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).Results The bleeding point of anterior nasal found in all cases,at the same time electrocoagulation suction treatment done for hemostatsis.A one-time cure rate was 87%,significant difference in pain score was found in patients treated with nasal packing.Conclusion The anterior nasal epistaxis with electrocoagulation suction treatment under nasal endoscope is an effective treatment with minimal pain.
