提高透析液流量對透析充分性影響的臨床研究

Effect of increasing dialysate flow rate in hemodialysis

目的比較維持性血液透析患者在兩種不同透析液流量治療下透析充分性的差異,為臨床透析治療提供參考。方法選擇本院6個月以上病情穩定透析患者30例,在其他透析參數(透析時間、血流量、透析器、超濾量)及藥物治療不變情況下,分別測定透析液流量500ml/min和700ml/min的kt/v值和URR值。結果透析液流量500ml/min和700ml/min的kt/v值和URR值存在顯著差別,有統計學意義。結論對不便提高血流量的透析患者,可增加透析液流量來提高血液透析患者充分性。【關鍵詞】透析液流量;透析充分性;尿素清除指數(Kt/V);尿素清除率(URR)

Objective To demonstrate the dialysis adequacy difference in hemodialysis patients treating in two different dialysate flow rate,providing clinical reference for dialysis treatment.Methods 30 cases of stable maintained hemodialysis patients for more than 6 months were selected.The kt/v and URR values under dialysate flow rate 500ml/min and 700ml/min were measured respectively under unchanged circumstances of dialysis parameters(including duration of dialysis,blood flow,dialyzer and ultrafiltration)and medication treatment.Results Significant statistical difference found in kt/v and URR values under dialysate flow rate 500ml/min and 700ml/min.Conclusion Increased dialysate flow rate can improve the hemodialysis adequacy in patients with inconvenience to improve blood flow during dialysis.
