2012年中国澳門體檢人群高血脂和高尿酸檢測結果分析

Hypercholesterolemia and Hyperuricemia in Year 2012 Body Check population in Macao

目的調查中国澳門體檢人群高脂血症和高尿酸的情況。方法以2012年在本院健康體檢人群6,337例檢查者資料進行整理,分別統計不同年齡、不同性別高血脂和高尿酸的檢出率。結果高總膽固醇、低HDL、高LDL、高甘油三酯及高尿酸的檢出率分別為45.5%、7.8%、41.9%、19.9%、21.0%。在年齡分佈方面,高血脂項目的檢出率大多是先隨年齡增加而上升,至中年(50~59或60~69年齡段)為最高點,隨後逐漸下降。女性的高尿酸的檢出率隨年齡增加而上升,男性的高尿酸的檢出率則和年齡無關。性別比較方面,所有五項目的男性檢出率都高於女性(P<0.05)。結論澳門體檢人群高血脂及高尿酸患病率高於內地大城巿患病水平,特別是中老年人,因此,人們生活水平提高同時應加強健康體檢的意識。

Objective To investigate the situation of hypercholesterolemia and hyperuricemia in body check population in Macao.Methods Blood examination results of 6337 people attended in Kiang Wu Hospital for body check were analyzed.Results The rates of high blood cholesterol,low HDL,High LDL,hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia were 45.5%,7.8%,41.9%,19.9%and 21%respectively,The rates of hypercholesterolemia increases with age and reaches peak between fifty and sixity-nine,then gradually drops.The rate of hyperuricemia increases with age among female but no obvious relationship seen in male.In all of the five examinations,male had higher rate than female.Conclusion The rates of hypercholesterolemia and hyperuricemia among body check population in Macao are higher than those of other cities in China,espectially among in middle age and elderly people.
