澳門地区某金融機構員工初步情緒健康調查

A Study of Mental Health in Macao region Bank Employees

目的探討澳門地区某金融機構員工情緒狀況,以此為窗口,提醒澳門地区市民關注情緒健康。方法採用情緒病自我測試量表對738名金融機構員工之情緒健康進行調查。結果發現情緒病與性別有着顯著的關係(P<.005),女性自評患有情緒病傾向的比例高於男性;調查亦發現年齡與情緒病有着顯著的關係(P<.01),年青員工自評患有情緒病傾向的比例較高。結論壓力與情緒是息息相關的。情緒健康問題在澳門某金融機構員工存在一定普遍性,我們應該重視情緒健康,特別需關注年輕和女性員工的情緒健康。

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the mental health condition of the Macao bank employees,and provide the public insight on importance of mental health.Methods A self-rating questionnaire were collected from 738 bank employees from one local Macao Bank.Results There is a significant difference between gender and mood disorder(s),females are more prone to suffer from mood disorder(s)than males;A significant difference is also found between age and mood disorder(s),younger the participants,the more they prone to suffer from mood disorder(s).Conclusion It is apparent that stress significantly influences one's mental health,it is certainly common in bank employees in Macao,thus further attention should be paid on mental health.
