硬膜外分娩鎮痛對高齡初產婦分娩結局的影響

Influence of epidural analgesia on the elderly primipara birth outcomes

目的討論硬膜外分娩鎮痛方法對高齡初產婦分娩結局的影響。方法回顧分析2007~2012年共6年間本院高齡初產婦的分娩記錄資料,按是否實施硬膜外分娩鎮痛分為2組,實施硬膜外分娩鎮痛的78例為觀察組,無分娩鎮痛的121例為對照組。結果實施硬膜外分娩鎮痛的產婦順產率較高,無分娩鎮痛的產婦順產率較低,其組間差別具有顯著性(p<0.05)。結論施行硬膜外分娩鎮痛能改善高齡初產婦的分娩結局,提高自然分娩成功率,有利於母嬰預後。

Objective Discuss the impact of epidural analgesia method for elderly primipara birth outcomes.Methods A retrospective analysis from 2007 to 2012 a total of six years elderly primipara birth record information in our hospital,according to whether the implementation of epidural analgesia were divided into two groups,the implementation of 78 cases of epidural analgesia for the observation group,no analgesia 121 cases in the control group.All patients were aged 35 or more at their first delivery.They were divided into two groups;group I,78 cases were under epidural analgesia during labour,epidural analgesia was applied in first stage of labour.Group II,the control group,121 cases,there were not any analgesia applied during all stages of labour.Results Rates of natural birth in group I is higher than that in group II,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of epidural analgesia can improve birth outcomes in elderly primipara,improve the success rate of natural childbirth and is favorable for maternal and fetal prognosis.
