麻醉後復甦室內小兒腸套疊灌腸復位全麻安全性探討

Safety of general anesthesia for pediatric intussusception reduction by enema in PACU

目的探討全麻在小兒腸套疊灌腸復位中的必要性及優化方案。方法回顧本院自2010年1月~2013年11月期間共收治的急性腸套疊小兒108例,經全麻分別在透視室和麻醉後復甦室(PACU)行灌腸復位,復位失敗則中轉手術,復位成功後均轉入PACU接受觀察直至患兒清醒、經麻醉醫生評估達標後送回病房續觀。結果所有接受全麻後患兒均配合灌腸復位操作,期間生命征基本穩定,其後完全清醒,直至出院前均未見麻醉後不良反應或併發症。結論全麻有效提高小兒腸套疊的復位成功率,在PACU進行復位更為安全。

Objective To investigate the necessity and optimization of general anesthesia in enema reduction of Pediatric Intussusception.Methods This retrospective study from Jan2010 to Nov 2013,108 children were treated with enema reduction for intussusception under general anesthesia.Conversion to surgical operation performed during unsuccessful reduction.Patients with successful reduction were transferred to Post-anesthesia Care Unit(PACU)and monitored by anesthesiologists before transferring to the ward.Results All children with general anesthesia well coordinated during procedure,vital signs were stable and subsequently awoke after the procedure.No side effect and complication were observed with GA until discharge.Conclusion General anesthesia improves the success rate of intussusception reduction and is more safely performed in PACU.
